Term: September-December, with a
possibility of extension. Literacy Partners of Manitoba seeks a dynamic library professional (MLIS or Library Technician diploma preferred) with a minimum of 2 years experience in special libraries. Must thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and have demonstrated problem solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation a must. Cataloguing, reference and computer skills required. Should demonstrate team-orientation and the ability to multi- task and adapt quickly to change. Must have a Driver's License, be able to travel and have the ability to lift, move and set up displays of books and other materials (50 pounds).
